Google has added new feature to its video search to restrict the search results to cartoons and slideshows. To restrict the search you need to search for the content you are looking for, click "Show Options" and select "Cartoons" or Slideshows" from the options in the left panel.
Google claims that it uses video recognition technology to classify the videos and give you better search results. Not sure if this is that useful feature but Google ended up ruining a great feature "TV view" using which you could play the videos without opening a new page. YouTube videos are no longer played in the embedded player while the other videos are played on the search results page only if you click on "Play Video".
